Sometimes we all need help navigating the challenges life sends our way. Issues such as relationship problems, major life transitions, career difficulties, illness, grief, or the aftermath of a traumatic event can bring to light not only a need for increased support, but also a desire to make positive, lasting life changes. To create such change, I believe it is important to find a place where you can openly reflect on what is and is not working in your life, and gain insight into new ways of approaching and working through problems.

As a therapist, I am dedicated to offering a non-judgmental space for this type of self-reflection. Together we will work not only toward resolving the current issues that bring you to therapy, but also toward understanding your history and how it may be impacting the way you view and cope with difficulties. This dynamic approach promotes deeper self-knowledge, enabling you to change patterns that hold you back, and creates new ways of connecting to your world that ultimately bring a greater sense of fulfillment.

In my practice I take an integrative and tailored approach, combining my psychodynamic training with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to address each person's individual needs, concerns, and goals for growth.
